Nail Services Policy
**Completion Depends on Behavior**
Nail services depend on the puppy's behavior. If the puppy is too stressed or uncooperative, we may pause or stop the service.
**Payment Requirement**
Payment or a set percentage is due at the time of service, regardless of completion, to cover time and resources.
**Balance Due if Completed**
If the service is completed, the remaining balance is due upon completion.
